Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before booking your Umrah package with Al Meeqat Travel. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding between the client and Al Meeqat Travel.
1. Flights
-Schedule Changes: Airlines may alter flight schedules or cancel flights without prior notice. Al Meeqat Travel is not responsible for any such changes initiated by the airline. Clients are advised to stay updated with their flight status and maintain communication with the airline for any adjustments.
2. Hotels
– Availability and Modifications: Hotel bookings are subject to availability and may be changed or canceled by the hotel management or due to directives from the Saudi Hajj and Umrah Ministry without prior notice. Al Meeqat Travel holds no responsibility for such modifications.
3. Room Type
– Commitment: The room type (e.g., Double, Triple, Quad, Quint) confirmed at the time of booking will be provided. Clients must ensure that the selected room type and its bedding configuration meet their family’s needs.
– Bedding Adjustments: Hotels may, without prior notice, update or upgrade room bedding types. Al Meeqat Travel is not accountable for such changes.
4. View Type
– Standard Inclusions: Packages typically include rooms with a city view. Requests for upgrades to Haram or Kaaba views are subject to additional charges and availability.
5. Visa
– Approval and Rejection: The Saudi Hajj and Umrah Ministry reserves the right to deny or cancel visas for any nationality without prior notice. In cases of visa rejection, embassy fees are non-refundable, and Al Meeqat Travel is not liable for such decisions.
6. Transport
– Luggage Allowance: Standard transportation allows for one checked bag and one hand-carry per adult and child. Excess luggage may necessitate a transport upgrade, with additional charges borne by the client.
7. Cancellation Policy
– Initial Deposits: All initial deposits are non-refundable. If a client reserves multiple flights and subsequently cancels the package or cancels after holding a flight reservation for a week, the deposit remains non-refundable.
– Ticket Cancellations: For tickets issued on a cancellation basis, any amounts paid are non-refundable if the client decides to cancel the package later.
– Cancellation Timeframes:
– More than 40 Days Prior to Departure: 25% of the total package cost or charges as per the current cancellation policies of airlines and hotels will be deducted.
– 25-40 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total package cost or charges as per the current cancellation policies of airlines and hotels will be deducted.
– 15-25 Days Prior to Departure: 75% of the total package cost or charges as per the current cancellation policies of airlines and hotels will be deducted.
– Less than 15 Days Prior to Departure: The entire package cost is non-refundable.
– Peak Seasons: During periods such as Christmas, Ramadan, and other peak seasons, bookings are generally non-refundable. Clients should verify the specific cancellation policies at the time of booking.
By booking with Al Meeqat Travel , clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is recommended to thoroughly understand these policies to ensure a seamless travel experience.
